@redenchilada Most important thing you need to know is don't breathe too hard into it, like any wind instrument you need to be gentle with it to really achieve your desired sound. You also try and wanna focus your output of air so you can play single notes, almost like you're "whistling" into it but blowing air instead of whistling. As for holding it, you wanna grasp it in between your index finger and thumb so that you can still move it laterally but without blocking any of the chambers. There's also a popular technique where you then "cup" it with the other hand and move that hand for accents on notes, so that's worth a try to. Other than that, just learn the note positions and like any instrument practice slowly first to improve your technique and timing.

@redenchilada I learned The Legend Comes To Life mostly by ear, so I think I'm missing a legato somewhere, but I could probably get the basic melody down.
