              @northernnarwhal Well, as far as I know that makes sense as he's the one to likely have developed the whole mega evolution thing, or at least the only one who can do it naturally. Winners don't do drugs and all that. Then again I just like him because he's a floaty dragon cop pokemon that fights aliens and chills on top of tall buildings.

                @nerthos Yeah he's the only one who can without an item, though he does have to know a certain attack in order for him to be able to Mega Evolve.
