            @nerthos The character is problematic because he's a homophobic depiction of gay people and plays into many harmful tropes. His existence is essentially utilizing a marginalized group for cheap laughs.

              @northernnarwhal He's hilarious and ridiculous yet completely lovable. He's not intrinsically insulting any group, the show makes it VERY clear that the character is an exception to the norm. He's not more insulting that a stereotypical beer-guzzling axe-flinging super macho lumberjack, to give an example. I miss when people would just see these things as funny and not complain about them.
