      @nlghtmaremoon If you've got the money, and you're willing to donate it, you should donate it anyway, rather than basing it on an arbitrary metric (and not even one that's a reliable indicator of how much a notice is liked; timing plays a _huge_ part in whether a notice manages to hit popular).
