  1. it's easy to spot the bullmango fitness instructor
they tend to say the word "core"
    I'm not a single cell organism nor am I a nuclear reactor, I don't have a core
I have muscles, tendons and bones and quite frankly if you don't know the difference between your triceps and you gluteus minimus you have NO batcaveing right to teach yoga
oh, and I might just say this here now that I'm at it 2 hours of Zumba has the same overall effect of 30 minutes working the same muscle group doing regular exercise (push-ups, running, weight-lifting etc.), it is ineffective and looks Fluffle Puffing dumb

    1. @zennx Well, given that "the core" is being thrown around as a buzzword at fitness establishment ( like "authentic" "cinematic" "dynamic" "engaging" "epic" "exclusive" "gone gold" "high-octane" and "mature" at E3 ) I can say, Yes, you are right.

However, many people do believe that when you focus your workout around your core that you will see a rapid decrease in fattigue ( or increase in constitution ( word ? ) ) and you can generally push yourself longer for more gain in the long run.

In the end it's the trick to find a workout schedule that works the best with your body and mind. I actually looked up Zumba, and it looks like it is more like dancing than a workout. This could really help for some people
