    2. @woona Ah, yeah… I've tried using the touchpad and it doesn't work so well. I used to use a small box to set my mouse on lol

    3. @woona Aww, damn...

    4. @woona Hehe I have to be up at 13:00 today :/ Fridays I usually get to sleep in and don't have to get out of bed until 16:00 or 17:00

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:39:32 UTC from web
      1. @flaredancer I was like this before but I gave up on it - you kind of miss half of the day. There is as muchtime between 10:00 and 17:00 as between 17:00 and midnight :/

    5. @woona @hakupony I work 23:00 to either 5:00 or 7:00, depending on the day. Tonight's one of my short nights since I've got no work to do ever.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:43:41 UTC from web
      1. @flaredancer Okay - that sucks.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:45:45 UTC from web
        1. @hakupony Yeah, quite :/ Today I have to be back at 15:00 for a department wide meeting, during which the manager is going to ask us to try to help him figure out how he can best cut costs to save the company money, then I might have to be back at 23:00 for my normal shift...

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:47:35 UTC from web
          1. @flaredancer If I were a manager, I'd tell you on this meeting how much costs I'd have to cut and then ask you if you have any ideas before I started cutting myself.

            1. @hakupony Yeah, but that's how anyone with half a brain would do it. Our company isn't really known for putting people with brains in charge

              1. @flaredancer They weren't with mine either till I got in charge and everything started to work

                1. @mrdragon This company is slowly dying, I doubt I'd get the chance to be promoted, even if I wanted it.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:52:44 UTC from web
                  1. @flaredancer To be honest I wish the one I was with did die its horrid. The amount of work I put in and got jacked off over it

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:53:39 UTC from web
                    1. @mrdragon Yeah, that's always crap. I'm sorry *hugs*

                      1. @flaredancer Tis fine, I left last year come next month anyway. Put in hundreds of unpaid overtime just to help them out, came to crunch day. "Nah, thanks but get lost" so I quit and walked without even bothering to say goodbye or give them a weeks notice.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:55:29 UTC from web
                        1. @mrdragon lol Nice. I'd like to do that here, but I'm mostly just waiting for them to lay me off and give me a severance package.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:56:26 UTC from web
                          1. @flaredancer Non of that over here, it was crap pay, crap hours and anything you were looking to get with leaving wasn't happening. Though now it's 1 year later and I'm still looking for a job.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:57:33 UTC from web
                            1. @mrdragon Oh, noes :( Yeah, Scribus got laid off from here and is still having a heck of a time finding a job. And I had a friend who was out of work for around two years after being laid off. Times are tough everywhere, I think.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:59:04 UTC from web
                              1. @flaredancer To damn right they are, the problem with mine is being a under manager at 19 they don't want to deal with that. I should say that I was a under manager without any qualifications in the field and did my job perfectly. A lot of managers worry that their way of running things could be turned up side down, as well as having military and military trainer background. I have a tendency to say what I think of the way someone runs something.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:00:36 UTC from web
                                1. @mrdragon That sucks. I've got the problem of too many well qualified people who just need a damn job to compete with. Why hire someone with no education that you'll have to train, when you can hire someone who already knows how to do the job and is willing to do it for half price because they just need a paycheck?

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:03:40 UTC from web
                                  1. @flaredancer Pretty much the same idea with a lot of places over here, after the two recessions and bank collapses, companies want cheap idiots. Especially in retail, not hard to teach someone press this button and draw opens, press this to print receipt. Sadly with 2.5 million unemployed in England and the major % being in the North East where I live, there's more then enough idiots for those jobs.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:05:19 UTC from web
                                    1. @mrdragon *sighs* It sucks… *hugs*

                                      1. @flaredancer It does, but it doesn't stop me. I don't give in to Reality, if I did I'd not be in ownership of this place :P

                                          1. @flaredancer Keep on trucking as they say

                                            1. @mrdragon Very true. I'm gonna try real hard to get a better job while I'm on summer "break" (still taking a class, but it's not academic class)

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:12:11 UTC from web

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:50:08 UTC from web
    9. @woona And: most of your friends will have jobs during the morning and usually can't stay up long.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:54:25 UTC from web
    10. @woona The ones you will have eventually - Maybe you need to move out from home first, to another town, but you will have some. If you don't have some arount where you liven then, I will move to your damn town. It's not like I would have problems finding a Job.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 10:59:05 UTC from web
    11. @woona England? Crap? What town?

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:01:29 UTC from MuSTArDroid
    12. @woona Crap town? That means that there will be much work for me because I'm the kind of guy who would become unemployed if the world was fine.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:02:33 UTC from web
    13. @woona is that so bad :o?

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:03:44 UTC from MuSTArDroid
    14. @woona pfft, try up north, much worse. I live in Hexham, near Newcastle and Carlise.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:06:48 UTC from MuSTArDroid
    17. @woona Are you going to move to the moon, then? :3

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:08:39 UTC from MuSTArDroid

    20. @woona and go where, and with what money?

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:11:18 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
    21. @woona Will you have finished school then? About the living on Campus: that is what I do. I heard that universities in the UK are rather expensive though :/

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:13:56 UTC from web
    22. @woona That's cool. But before you live on the streets, you should consider going to a german university - or somewhere else with a caable social state. Because living on the streets usually sucks.

Friday, 22-Jun-12 11:17:24 UTC from web
    23. @woona Well - if you start with the actual lanning, then write to me :)
