@foxgopher that sucks bud. Today I caught myself patting a beat with my hand/foot many times (I do that when I'm trying to not think suicidal thoughts), caught myself rocking back and forth (don't know how long because I just randomly came back to my senses), brutal head pains, confusion, couldnt think straight, and then for a while I was hugging a blanket as tight as I could while asking it to all stop. I'm sorry you had a rough day too bud :( is it better yet? What is it?
