Dammit. DC ruins everything. The only DC series I follow, namely Prez, is on indefinite hiatus. I asked the writer.

@scribus Marvel isn't much better with their event-extravaganza and reboot craze. Luckily I follow only one comic that's somewhat involved with Civil War 2 (Ms. Marvel). The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl gets shoved into a idiotic team (New Avengers) and gets shoved further to another team again later this year. The new Doctor Strange was fine but I fear that it'll explode in thousand pieces when the film arrives. I lost all hope for the Daredevil comic with the new writer-artist team but it's half-way decent such that I buy only the trade. The new Black Widow looks very promising and I like the writer and artist Mark Waid and Chris Samnee (from the previous Daredevil run) but it develops very slowly and it relies a bit too much on the visuals. While being very cinematic in appearance it lacks a bit of substance and context with this approach. The Star Wars comics are mostly fine but they get too overwhelming. At least the Darth Vader series gets to an end very soon.

@adiwan But it's such a catchy catchphrase!

@adiwan For what it's worth, so is Hail Hydra. Though, I feel any less than three or four words is kind of cheap and easy.
