  1. I'm gonna try my absolute best to lose weight and get healthier generally starting next month. Eating properly and perhaps walking once a day, alongside my job which is already fairly physical as it is and I feel better for it. If anyone has any bits of advice that has helped them then holler at me x

    1. @tiffany if one day you don't feel like doing whatever exercises you usually do look for reasons to tone it down, not just not do it altogether. Once you get moving it's easier to keep going. I have a friend who only watches movies whilst on the treadmill. They have made that their reason to get on it in the first place.
