@lyrica @comradeconventrix yeah I think that's not exactly cheap. There's no pressure to spend a lot when you're a young couple starting out. You wouldn't wanna get into too much debt.

@comradeconventrix no I do, I've delt with both of my sister's BF/Fiance/Husband's buying them, they would agree, for a young couple just starting out, and with a kid on the way, $1000 for an engagement ring is quite simply, way too much, that much should be saved for the wedding bands if anything.
