          @tiffany that's ok Tiff, you did what you had to do.
          and you need to realize that, if you'd go back in time, you'd still do the same, because you are you, and the Tiff that made that decision was also you.
          I need you to close your eyes, take a deep breath and say that to yourself
          and this part is wierd, but I want you to use as many curse words as you can possibly fit in that sentence as you can when you say that to yourself
