The ultimate dilemma: I've only eaten 700 calories today and need at least 500 more. I have a single bottle of full fat Pepsi. Do I drink the Pepsi and hit my calorie goal but have no caffeine tomorrow. Or do I deprive my body tonight and bask in the sweet nectar come morn?
