    1. @princesstrixie Well really it depends on what you're trying to do, lose weight, build endurance, ect. If you're trying to lose weight you really need to do distance runs and integrate in some sprints. This will help you build endurance so you can go longer while giving you the tougher aspect that gets your heart pounding and jump starts the calorie burning process.

    2. @princesstrixie Well personally I'm to the point where I do my distance runs with a weighted vest, but that will help you lose weight AND build endurance. Even after you've reached your target weight keep the sprints in. It really helps. And p.s. your right you don't like cupcakes, you love them. I will make you love them.

    4. @princesstrixie I'm not exactly sure what the science is behind it, but I come from a military family, and a D.I. that one of my cousins had gave him that tip because he was having trouble with his PT tests due to his weight. He wasn't fat, but his upperbody just couldn't handle it.
