kuz they are technically seeds, and seeds are mostly made of sugars -
@tiffany have you tried the Paleo diet?
I did it for 4 months and lost a bananaload of weight
but I dropped it kuz I missed chocolate milk -
@zennx I've pretty much lost all the weight I need to now anyway, it's just a matter of shaping up a little and keeping myself healthy. Also I don't think I'd have the willpower to stick to something like that. I need me some salt
