@hoit21 Went to sleep late, woke up early and it's been 20 degrees all day and night for pretty much the whole week thus far.

@scribble Wow… I would find 20C pretty cold… I prefer my temp to sit around 35C… (provided my conversions are correct)

@flaredancer When it's 35ºC, I just lay on bed with a fan next to me.

@scribble Yeah, there is that. I grew up at the edge of the Mojave Desert, so I've grown up with hot summers.

@nerthos I'll go out and bask in the lovely sun =^.^= This whole summer I've been dancing in that heat.

@thatonepony *shrugs* To each their own, really. I get cold really easily. At 75F I wear pants and look for my jacket.

@renovatedkitchen The humidity is the worst, though. I like sweating, and when it's not working properly, it's not cool.

@flaredancer Yeah, night is cool at summer, but the day is hideous. Sadly I can't always sleep all day.

@flaredancer humidity is what kills. When it's hot and humid at work, we just sit inside.

@nerthos I've been waking up around the hottest part of the day, so far. I've actually been wearing pants inside the house, too, because my parents prefer the cold and they keep the AC way too low, in my opinion

@nerthos Really, it's best to stay covered in the heat. Keeps the sweat close to you and allows it to cool you off better than if you were to wear as little as possible.

@flaredancer I barely sweat, mostly because I avoid heat. I shut down as many things as I can to stay cold until night.

@cavatina I complained about the heat in May. MCM was painful with the heat. Also, same here when it comes to shorts.

@scribble Well i'm talking about august, not May. Everyone complained in May, because no one was expecting it, so why did you bring that up? XD all i said is i can tell you do get used to it when it's consistent, because the complaining stops...because you enjoyed the weather in London, and it was BOILING. XD

@nerthos I don't really like the way my skin feels after I've dried. After a good workout, I'll take a shower. Or if I've been running about all day in the heat I'll take a quick shower when I get home.

@hoit21 I'm germanic, so being tanned doesn't fit me. I never liked it. Why would anybody want to show damaged skin?

@nerthos One of the reasons I'm an Anthropology major. I like seeing all the differences in people, as well as the similarities. I especially like seeing how similar ideas get executed =^.^=
