  1. Pickle Rick was... not a good episode

    1. @tiffany I felt like the pickle thing was weird for weirdness sake, when he could easily have had any other excuse, and the alarming sociopathy the adults are showing the kids is... alarming? And while the therapist was WAY too on the nose and in violation of "show, don't tell", I felt a bit of a resonance from it that kept me from disregarding the episode altogether. I think, so far, I like the direction of season 3 (or at least, what it looks like so far) more than I'm liking the execution up to this point. Still holding hope for a good season, and maybe if we're really good then Santa will give us a season that even makes lackluster early episodes better in their whole context.

      1. @scribus I feel like this episode was a series of half-baked ideas all half-mashed together into one story, and it wasn't interesting or funny at all in my opinion. I don't think the season is unsalvageable but I've honestly never enjoyed an episode of R&M less

    2. @tiffany Also they should not have spoiled the Big Reveal by merchandising it before the episode even aired, IMO.
