      1. @awl It also wasn't a large enough hit to stop the White House from using it—the exact car Kennedy was shot in had his brain matter cleaned out and a top added to it and it remained in service until the Carter administration.

        1. @mrmattimation yeah if that happened nowadays the car and the company would be dropped like an unwanted baby. That was the time before accountability took off way too far from solid ground.
