    What, on YouTube, dictates whether or not a video gets that porn website-style thumbnail preview or not?

      @tiff I know for a fact that one of them is length, if the video is under a certain length it won't get the preview. I THINK one of the other factors MIGHT be how much the thumbnail matches up with content in the video.

        @mrmattimation Looking at my subs feed that might be it. A lot (but not all) of the videos with title cards for thumbnails don't get it
