        1. @redenchilada If that is a system you are administrating (if you work there or so) you need to be cut back on your rights. If it's a public system which you are not administrating, the public user accounts has too many rights :P

          1. @omni Nope, just popping into Sam's Club. All I even did was change the background and copy a shortcut, and I assume if the former could be disabled, it would've happened at my school.

            1. @redenchilada Both changing the desktop background and managing shortcuts can be disabled by the system administrator.
