@redenchilada If that is a system you are administrating (if you work there or so) you need to be cut back on your rights. If it's a public system which you are not administrating, the public user accounts has too many rights :P

@omni Nope, just popping into Sam's Club. All I even did was change the background and copy a shortcut, and I assume if the former could be disabled, it would've happened at my school.

@redenchilada Both changing the desktop background and managing shortcuts can be disabled by the system administrator.

@omni It's a grocery store, I don't think they have system admins :p Dunno why my school doesn't do that, though.
