            @toksyuryel There is literally no reason why putting it one way would be scientifically better than another, dude. The only reason I could think of is rendered null by the fact that you're supposed to wash your hands after using the bathroom _anyway_.

              @redenchilada It has to do with how much of it you end up wasting. Putting it under causes you to misjudge how much of it you're grabbing compared to putting it over.

                  @redenchilada That is exactly my point. They waste less when it's over. I guess in your case it doesn't matter. But most people just get whatever feels right, so perception of how much they have is important.
