  1. Oh God I hate Amazon's bot chat. I always used the email option because I despise the chat. The bot makes it even worse. I had my already prepared text for a complaint for a late prime delivery that gives me a 5€ voucher. The chat takes a lot more steps between my complaint and its resolution and a lot more time. First I have to click trough the bot responses and then do the whole customer support dance to get to my desired result.

    1. @adiwan All the while, they hope it's good enough to pass for "customer service," but bad enough to save them the fiver.
