   One time an ancient flying temple in space transformed the Enterprise D into a temple (and possessed Data). Once a tiny silicon-based lifeform blocked all computer connections in the medical exam room. Somehow the holodeck can control the whole ship (e.g. the episodes with Moriarty). Oh... and the manual override for the doors doesn't work either (the one with the lever).

      @broniebrown I thought the thing was that they didn't leave the holodeck, he just tricked them into thinking they had. (It's been a few years though)

         @eaglehooves Yes. But Moriarty had full permissions to control the ship. Geordi LaForge gave the computer the command to create an enemy that could defeat Data. So the computer assumed that only a person could defeat Data that also has the same permissions as Data.

            @broniebrown The Enterprise runs on Windows. (My admin rights are a total disaster on this machine)
