I am surprised, given this fandoms almost big-brother-esque desire to control its public image, that this particular nugget hasn't been retconned out of brony history yet.

        @toksyuryel I've met people who're in denial of it. They're usually the hysterical "Nothing good can ever come from 4chan ever that site is only for pedophiles after all" type.

      @ceruleanspark I was more suprised by the fact that they actually mentioned that it was discussed on co before other boards. That's one of my biggest peeves in conversing about the history of the fandom's origins.
