     @zeldatra I think it's the second redesign but the first one was really minor (like a slightly darker background). Also that's the monitor I had in 1998.

     @yodelerty Running Windows 7 in safe mode achieves a Windows 9x esque look, so there must be SOME sort of a driver setting you can change to get the effect in normal mode.
