@rarity I usually manage to relieve it as anger towards someone, myself included. But it has to be natural. Like instead of backing down and saying sorry, I'll go on the offensive. But then at the end of the day, I do feel better, but I'm also still depressed and it pains. Thats why most times I think that maybe I should find a way to give more stress and hate towards me so that I can see what it does and maybe it will set me back to normal

@tenebarius But the catch is, most of the time I am the problem. The more I hate myself, the better of a person I become and the more I can do, yet the sadder I become. As with anything its a trade off

@tenebarius We are defined by our actions. It would be a change for the better because then I will be able to push myself that much more when I am in the forces. At that point I would take that over happiness at any rate
