    @rainbowdash @flaminglight @retl I have no idea what it was doing there. We didn't see who tied it up or why, but it's a busy freight train line! It was a disaster waiting to happen. We were going to go and report it at the police station, but boltcutter man had already lead it away by the time we were leaving.

        @flaminglight I hope it is! I can't find anything about it in the local news. I'll try and keep everyone posted, but I have a feeling it's going to be one of those things one never finds out about.
