    "Changed field ordering to prioritize non-notice promotes" I don't quite get the reasoning behind putting specific notices drawn to attention under tags that could be showing whatever someone posts to them. :/

        @mastertdi To give some stuff more attention, I guess. It doesn't telegraph what is being promoted too well, though, honestly; I assumed (and most probably do too) that the TotW-tagged notice was itself being promoted, instead of the tag being promoted.

            @rarity The code requires a CONFIGURESITE permission, so only admins.

            @mastertdi Yeah, just needs a bit of tinkering. Maybe replace the usernames of people on the tag promotes with tag names and etc for other options. Dunno how one would distinguish users, but at the rate people here post they probably shouldn't have their last notice visible under "promoted" because most will just make no sense.
