      @derps It's for the admins to promote specific groups/tags/important announcements to get them more attention.

              @therainbowdashx Topic of the Week. Every week there's a new topic of discussion listed at the top of the site. The tag is used for responses to the topic. I think the current one's about Celestia getting an answering machine, but I'd have to open the desktop site to check.
