  1. Apparently # "fans" are asking for their donations to the Kickstarter back because their favourite character lost the vote for the next DLC... Now I know nothing about anything, but surely the Skullgirls team can tell these people to mangoes off. They have no good reason to ask for a refund. Can humans please just stop

    2. @mastertdi I am pretty sure that kickstarter has a policy somewhere that allows your money back if the money is not being put to the exact reason which is in the description on the kickstarter page. If not... Well... Too bad. It is probably the same thing the # devteam will say. I would like to point out that I know next to nothing about skullgirls other than that I kind of want to play it.

      1. @critialcloudkicker This was indiegogo. But even so, unless the Skullgirls team have absolutely no say in who gets to withdraw their donations, I see no reason why they shouldn't be allowed to refuse.

        1. @mastertdi ... I can think of some moral objections, hell maybe you can go as far as to call them obligations. In hindsight perhaps it would have been easier to start multiple indiegogo's to see what character was more famous, and only claim to make 1 of them, so each and everyone will have their money refunded for the losing char. I mean, I think there was a vote on what char they would make, or something ?

          1. @critialcloudkicker Basically, there's a list of 32 characters eligible for a potential DLC, and donators are allowed to vote for the characters they want to win, and each week the lowest scoring characters are removed. It's down to the final eight now. But the thing is, after this vote, there will be a second vote for another DLC, with the 31 losing characters, so the people who asked for a refund still have another chance. It's hard to explain, but yeah, people = dumb.

            1. @mastertdi Hmm, lets say I really liked the 9th char ( the one which was voted away the last ) lets call her Sasha. And the voting continues untill there are only 2 left standing, Anna and Kara. Kara gets to be the winner of the first round. Then you might say that the biggest probability that Anna will win the second contest ( which is basically a popularity contest ) ... Right ? ... Still yea people are dumb, people should really think about every possible outcome when backing somehting.

              1. @critialcloudkicker Yeah. It's literally impossible to say how the second vote will go. Some characters are getting so many votes, that once one of them is out of the running, all their fans' second choices will change the popularity order ENTIRELY. And then the people who asked for refunds won't even be allowed to vote, so they're just shooting themselves in the foot, really.

                1. @mastertdi But will they get their money back ?

                  1. @critialcloudkicker I'd assume so.
