    @widget I pushed a commit to my fork of the RDN repo with a few TotW-related adjustments. Specifically, the boilerplate notice formatting is rendered via a plugin so that the entire site notice field can be dedicated to the topic, and the mobile site has a navbar link to show the topic. Feel free to look them over.
