        @zeldatra On one hand, they allow any coward without any sort of skill to harm good people. On the other hand, they allow people who otherwise don't have the physical capability to fight, like the elderly or disabled, to defend themselves from thieves and wild animals.

          @nerthos I suppose their is that. Still not comfortable with guns. Like, at all. When I see a pistol on a cop's belt, I always get a little nervous.

                @zeldatra I think the solution to that problem is to actually get training in the use of a gun. You'd feel comfortable around them then, but not in the way an idiot is, but as a responsible person.
