@vt3c http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/skincare/accessories/double-ended-blackhead-remover.aspx Get one of those from a local pharmacy. Most places should have them. Use it to remove the ones on your nose. If you've got it on the rest of your face, the trick is to place a clean towel over your pillow each night.

@vt3c My nose was always really bad, but once I started using the thing, it seemed to have a cascade effect and cleared up within a couple of months.
