                            @pony Whoever makes the character makes the AI and everything, so there's a lot of broken characters. It's all remembering who sucks and who's good.

                                @pony Saltybet is just about the betting. Character creation isn't a part of the process. The guy who runs it also maintains the character list.

                                        @pony The MUGEN characters in the game have been randomly downloaded from various places across the internet. Some of the characters are a lot better than others. The site calculates odds (and therefore, winnings) based on how much everyone on the site bets for the match.
