    the cop said I might get into a shelter but it's like a 45 minute drive away and I don't know when or if I'll have any kind of internet access

      @colfax You may be able to find a place that offers wifi somewhere near the shelter, perhaps.

      @colfax Once you have the shelter address you can apply for one of the paypal debit cards, find someplace with unlocked wifi and let us know the address, and we can send you funds that way.
