@woona Depending on what your issue is and how good the guy who's treating you it can go from "annoying" to "very helpful", but bottom line is put on your pants and be honest about stuff there, otherwise you'll just be wasting money and time.

@woona It did. It gave me somebody to talk to without feeling so self conscious. I felt less isolated, and I learned some valuable techniques for self awareness and stress management.
