@broniebrown I think it's something to do with Doctor Who. I imagine it being played on string instruments while there's an army marching or something.

@thelastgherkin I never played a Doctor Who game. As far as I can tell this sounds like an early MIDI sound from around 1995.

@broniebrown I never said it was from a game. I had the song in my head, MIDI sequenced it with a rushjob VST instrument, and posted it here.
