@awlderpy Between stress, worrying, and just trying to deal with the grape constantly being flung at me, I have a hard time thinking about enjoying a meal, especially when the food is usually FrankerZ.

@colfax Oh yeah definitely. Jail food was absolutely terrible, and my train ride after getting out, followed by my looking for good grounds near starved me to death.

@awlderpy We have to be out of here at 5:45am, so I'm in town a little after 6 with nothing to do and nowhere to go except wander around town till the library opens at 9... too much time to dwell, on how much I've screwed up.

@colfax Pretty much a tradeoff; I didn't have any time to dwell, had to stay on the move. Didn't help that after 3 weeks the snows started coming in. I wonder what would be a good way to occupy time in the city for free.

@sprite Patriot Act, and probably before that, man. I had my luggage held when I came to the States, for 2 weeks over simply being ex military. I myself, held for 48 hours while giving full disclosure and having to talk to consule.

@sprite In their eyes, terrorism is terrorism. Domestic cases aren't treated dissimilarly, if there's any notion of a threat they treat it all the same. Is it right? No. It was supposed to be 'innocent until proven guilty', not the other way round.
