@darkarchivist Like I said. If anypony could, and everypony did it, then it wouldn't be special. I don't think unicorns are MEANT to have wings. Twilight only did it because she's twilight and doesn't get in trouble. It's like Harry Potter. He can do anything and Dumbledore doesn't care, but if anyone else did, they'd get in big trouble.

@darkarchivist But honestly, do you see a lot of ponies walking around with horns and wings? Probably for a reason. Alicorns are special and not just for anypony. If everypony was a unicorn who gave themselves wings, alicorns wouldn't be special anymore.

@darkarchivist But you might not be able to do it. Like I said, if magic isn't your talent, you won't have the ability to perform a spell as high level as that. Unless you find somepony else who can do it, who's talent is magic. But apparently they're rare, because so far, the only pony seen on the show in all of Equestria who's talent is magic is Twilight.

@darkarchivist It still depends. Unless my talent was magic, then I would only be able to perform small feats of magic to help with my work, like Rarity. Not everypony has magic as their talent, so not everypony can perform special spells. Twilight is just lucky that she got the awesome cutie mark/talent.

@darkarchivist That would be awesome too. Magic would be fun. :3 But at the same time, I wouldn't want to be an alicorn. They annoy me, and I can't annoy myself, because that would be terrible.
