@dyshviccer A family science class I took taught me that "screen time" for kids is best limited to a few hours daily outside of supervised homework. Man that seems stingy, but I agree there's way too much screen time for kids sometimes, and adults for that matter.. including myself :P

@dyshviccer ah ok. then I guess policy is pretty consistent. Back when I was in high school cell phones barely had texting and it was way too expensive to just get your kid a cell phone..
