@ellistia Well, if it's anything like it is here, you'll likely be able to have it booked as an emergency and have it taken out within a day or two.

@ellistia Do you have any anesthetics? If not, try to get one of those liquid contact anesthetics from a pharmacy and apply it around the bad tooth until whenever you have a dentist booked.

@ellistia I can understand that struggle, hands together are always tough to pose and hands in general always give me the most grievance because of their relative complexity to other anatomical structures I can usually "cheat" on.

@ellistia I've finished two playthroughs but I'm stuck on my Geno run because there's a really tough boss I can't beat. And I tend to be really busy these days too.

@ellistia I also killed things on my first playthrough for the same reasons, and it did make me feel pretty crushed later on
