@mrdee Some people make too big of a deal out of dreams. Usually recurring nightmares just mean you experienced some sort of trauma, whether it be mental or emotional or physical, and your mind is just trying to come to terms with it. Yes, it's normal, and isn't really an issue unless it persists for a long time.
