Depending on what hot means...
Oil can boil as hot as 500 C or be as low as the lowest perception of Hot. (This is this way because I am certain you mean liquid grease and not evaporated grease or solid grease)
And, stubbing your toe is a mroe defined injury that can be healed with less debilitatng effects -
