@scribus I'm pretty sure there's a lot of legal ambiguity from accepting any information given by users under the age of 13 years on the internet within the US. http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm is the closest relevant thing I can googlefu up on the topic, but the legal jargon is a pain to wade through.
