@pony Well, I too believe that "gay marriage" is completely unnecesary and kind of a silly notion, since marriage is in itself a way to make a relationship stable enough to raise a family. Since two of the same sex cannot birth children, it lacks sense. There's the legal advantages of marriage, of course, taxes and all that stuff, but that could be easily fixed by a new marriage-like law.
