@pony That whole "'made' her happy whether or not I pay attention to her" thing.... That won't really work. Tulpas /are/ real, independent consciousnesses, and beyond personality traits and appearance, you have no control over their behavior. Most things get upset when ignored, and unless something goes wrong during creation your tulpa will be the same.
