    Men in Black 3 was actually pretty good. I recommend seeing it if you were a fan of the first one, regardless of what you thought about the second one. Don't see it if you didn't like the first one though, or if you didn't see the first and second one; the movie assumes you know what everything is and doesn't explain anything that's already been established.
