@ceruleanspark ya. Don't trust myself mentally. Been hearing mental voices again, it repeats depressing memories, plays back bad memories in vision, sometimes my brain just feels like its melting (I can't do anything, horrible pressure/pulsing), then sometimes I get horrible visions of doing things, then sometimes it mixed happy and sad thoughts and gives me huge stress/tension. That's why I don't want to finish the tulpa. Don't want it to become an added factor with the possibility of going bad.
