  1. @unregarded you're saying the wrong words to the wrong guy today. I have already been warned once to not share with you my side on the matter, so I ask you to simmer down on this: the Bible is a collection on stories transcribed from the oral tradition which quickly grew in popularity after his death. A group of early Christians didn't like the idea of stories important to their religion being either lost in time or changed through constant re-tellings, so they established rules of canon and set out to collect stories to create the new testament. They were transcribed in Latin, then used in reference for religious gatherings and sermons. All of the stories used came from apostles or people who claimed to know them or be related to them. Each book in the new testament was then edited to give coherency and continuity to the larger story intended (i.e. change point of views, throw in extra bits to show what's going on outside the immediate perspective, etc. )
