@killerkiwi117 In my opinion, the whole idea to enforce it with a revolutionary elite was bad. If you read about the november revolution, you quickly see how the new goverment was driven to become just another absolute despotism because the economy was not developed enough and conflicts arose because the system did not fit to the situation.
