I'm sure there're website that recommend greet breeders. Always make sure to visit the breeder at their house before you make any deals though. They can be an animal hoarder who claims to have great rats for all you know and have some nasty pee-filled house. I've heard the horror stories from people who get pets form breeders like that before inspecting their place and the animals. D:
